Studi0 is a space built on respect, collaboration, and shared ambition. We're here to build things, not egos. To keep this environment safe, productive, and inclusive, we expect every participant to uphold the following principles:

Respect your team
Respect your team

Treat everyone with professionalism and kindness. No toxic behavior allowed.

Listen actively, communicate clearly, and handle conflict like a grown-up.

Assume good intent, but speak up when issues arise.

If someone’s behavior makes you uncomfortable, immediately report it to the Studi0 team.

Own your work

Own your work

Contribute, show up, and follow through.

Be reliable. Your team depends on you.

Communicate early and often. If you’re falling behind, let your team know.

We don’t expect perfection, but we do expect honesty and accountability

Zero tolerance

Zero tolerance

We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or hostile behavior of any kind.

This includes—but is not limited to—racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any other form of targeted harm, whether explicit or subtle.

No stealing ideas. No taking credit for work that isn’t yours. No ghosting your team without communication. Participants who violate this code may be removed from the program immediately and will not be eligible for a refund. This Code applies across all Studi0 spaces: Slack, Notion, Zoom, email, and any program-related interaction.

If something happens, talk to us. Email buildwithstudi0@gmail.com. All reports are confidential and reviewed within 48 hours.

Collaboration & Conflict

Collaboration & Conflict

Give feedback that is kind, constructive, and specific.

Focus on the work—not the person.

Be open to receiving feedback, even when it’s challenging.

If you experience a minor conflict, consider starting with a respectful 1:1 conversation.

If a situation feels unsafe, escalates, or remains unresolved, notify the Studi0 team immediately.

Ideas & Intellectual property

Ideas & Intellectual property

All ideas remain the property of the team that created them.

Do not use, share, or build on someone else’s idea without permission.

If a project grows beyond Studi0, we recommend teams clarify IP ownership early.

Studi0 does not claim ownership over anything you build—we’re just proud you built it.
