By accessing or using the Studi0 website or enrolling in the Studi0 program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform or participate in the program.

1. Program Commitment

By enrolling in the Studi0 pilot cohort, participants agree to commit to the full 8-week duration of the Program. This includes:

• Regular engagement with your team

• Participation in weekly check-ins and relevant sessions

• Active contribution toward your team’s project deliverables

2. Participant Conduct

All participants must uphold Studi0’s Code of Conduct, which requires:

• Respectful, inclusive communication

• A safe, collaborative working environment

• Accountability and transparency within your team

Zero tolerance applies.
Harassment, discrimination, hostile behavior, or misrepresentation of work will result in removal from the Program without refund.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created during the Program remains the property of the individuals or teams who created it.

• Studi0 does not claim ownership of any projects, deliverables, designs, or code

• Participants are encouraged to align on ownership expectations with their team early in the process

• Studi0 is not responsible for resolving internal team IP disputes

If you bring an idea into Studi0, it stays yours. We protect that.

4. Refund Eligibility

Participants in the Studi0 pilot cohort are eligible for a full refund of the $99 participation fee if they complete the full 8-week program and meet the following criteria:

✅ Participate in Demo Week (live or async presentation)
✅ Launch a working MVP, prototype, or public-facing deliverable
✅ Submit a 1-pager or pitch deck outlining the project
✅ Complete the final reflection form
✅ Maintain consistent team collaboration and communication throughout the program

Refunds will not be issued for:
❌ Inactivity, ghosting, or lack of contribution to the team
❌ Voluntary withdrawal at any point
❌ Missing key deliverables listed above
❌ Violation of Studi0’s Code of Conduct (including removal from the cohort)

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the program concludes.

5. Team Placement & Reassignment

Studi0 will make reasonable efforts to place participants into teams that align with their skills and collaboration preferences. If major team conflicts arise, we may suggest:

• Reassignment to another team

• Duo or solo configurations (when appropriate)

Team placement is flexible, but participation is non-negotiable.

6. Mentorship & Guest Speaker Sessions

We provide access to mentors and guest speakers during the Program to support your learning and progress. However, individual mentor availability may vary and is not guaranteed for every participant or team.

Sessions may be live or async, depending on mentor bandwidth.

7. Program Communication & Tools

Participants agree to use Studi0’s communication platforms (e.g., Slack, email, Notion) for all program updates and collaboration.

• You consent to receive program-related communications

• Your personal data will be handled with confidentiality

• We will never sell your information or share it with third parties

8. Program Adjustments

As this is a pilot program, Studi0 reserves the right to adjust:

• Schedules and deadlines

• Session formats

• Team structures

• Guest and mentor lineup

• Program requirements or deliverables

All changes will be communicated clearly and in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Studi0 is not liable for:

• Project outcomes, performance, or post-program success

• Conflicts or disagreements between team members

• Technical issues arising from third-party tools or platforms used in the Program

The Program is intended for personal and professional development. Participation does not guarantee employment, investment, or business success.
